LALIVE ranked as one of the leading international arbitration firms worldwide (Global Arbitration Review )

LALIVE has been ranked 12th in a survey of 100 specialist arbitration firms worldwide (GAR100) by Global Arbitration Review. The firm is the only boutique firm included in the more selective sub-ranking of the 30 most prestigious international arbitration practices (GAR30) published in the same survey. The GAR30 ranking is based on several criteria including reputation, arbitration work carried out in the last two years as counsel and arbitrator and CVs of active members of the arbitration team.

From the survey: “Few firms of LALIVE’s small size possess so many figures who are part of the crème de la crème in international arbitration. The firm takes pride in being one of Switzerland’s players on the global stage, and proving a boutique can be a force in the modern era. Of 15 partners, eight regard themselves as international arbitration specialists and the majority register in the directories’ research. Our own International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration identifies five LALIVE partners (making the firm the most prominent in Switzerland). … In addition to work as counsel and as arbitrators they contribute to the wider life of the discipline through an array of positions on committees and groups.”
