Maël Deschamps

Maël specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration. He advises and represents clients in disputes in a range of sectors, including energy and mining. He has experience in international arbitrations under the ICSID, ICC, Swiss and UNCITRAL Rules, governed by various procedural and substantive laws.

Maël also represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings, especially in the challenge of arbitral awards, including investment treaty awards.
