We are proud to have been one of the first in Switzerland to offer extended maternity and paternity leave well above the statutory minimum. We now offer four weeks’ paternity leave and 23 weeks’ maternity leave, fully paid, to all new parents who have been with us for 12 months or more, regardless of their location or role.
