Early careers
Stellar work. Human environment.
We offer two types of early career opportunity: Swiss-law traineeships in litigation, and international arbitration internships. Our trainee and intern teams are deliberately small, so you get the support you need to learn quickly. Although standards and expectations are high, people are friendly and helpful. Many of our trainees and interns have progressed to become associates and even partners.
