Nous offrons des stages d’avocat de 18 mois en vue de la préparation de l’examen du brevet à Genève. Nos stagiaires travaillent avec différentes équipes d’avocats dans le groupe chargé du contentieux judiciaire, ce qui leur permet d’acquérir une expérience professionnelle complète, auprès d’une étude d’avocats internationale et spécialisée dans la résolution des litiges.
Nous accueillons les candidates et les candidats en train d’achever leur formation académique avec d’excellentes notes et aspirant à acquérir une expérience pratique dans un environnement hautement performant et stimulant. Une excellente maîtrise du français est indispensable, tout comme une très bonne connaissance pratique de l’anglais et de l’allemand.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bids/ Proposals Specialist to join our Business Development and Marketing Group in London, Geneva or Zurich.
As a Bids/ Proposals Specialist, you will report to the firm’s Head of BDM and play an important role in managing the end-to-end proposal process, from identifying opportunities to submitting high-quality, client-focused bids. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are strategically positioned, compliant, and compelling. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of professional services, particularly within a large law firm environment, and a passion for producing winning proposals.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development efforts, enhance our market presence and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the full lifecycle of bids and proposals, from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Develop and implement bid strategies aligned with firm goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with lawyers, business development, finance and other teams to gather input and ensure cohesive proposals.
- Manage timelines, resources and budgets to deliver proposals on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor relevant tender portals and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of bid activity, including submissions, feedback and outcomes.
- Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements and industry standards.
- Analyse bid performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bids/ proposals role within a professional services environment, ideally a large law firm;
- Proven success in managing complex bids and securing new business;
- Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and proposal development;
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively;
- Extremely good attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong project management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools, in particular MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT);
- Excellent written and oral English is imperative; French and/ or German language skills a strong asset;
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a dedicated, bright, and motivated Client Lifecycle Specialist to work in any of our offices, with excellent judgement and communication skills, attention to detail, and a real desire to be part of a dynamic international environment. Working as part of a small cross-office team and under the supervision of the firm’s Risk & Compliance Manager, the Client Lifecycle Specialist will provide support to our lawyers on all of the firm’s “client lifecycle” tasks - the sequence of steps that each client relationship goes through, from initial contact and onboarding, billing and collections, through to the end of the mandate/relationship, ensuring best practice in matter management.
This role will suit someone either with experience in client onboarding and/or billing and/or collections, or a bright recent graduate looking to start a career in client lifecycle management. The position presents a unique opportunity to work and build relationships across the whole firm, providing a vital centralised and cross-functional service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conflicts of interest checks, analysis and reports;
- Liaising with the Partners with respect to ‘Know Your Client’ requirements, and recording all relevant information;
- Creating and following-up on Letters of Engagement;
- Liaising with Partners and the accounting team regarding retainers;
- Opening and closing all matter files;
- Preparing and finalising all bills, assisting Partners and working in tandem with the accounting team to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing to clients and collection of invoices;
- Improving processes to ensure increased efficiency and accuracy in all client lifecycle tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Responsive, pro-active, with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
- Proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
- Excellent analytical and redaction skills with attention to details;
- Commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be an advantage;
- 3+ years’ experience gained a similar role and/or experience in a law firm would be an asset;
- Excellent written and oral English is imperative; French and/or German language skills a strong asset;
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) required; legal billing/file management software experience (e.g. Aderant) would be an advantage.
