Pour notre bureau de Genève, nous recherchons un·e collaborateur·trice engagé·e et qualifié·e, au bénéfice d’une expérience préalable dans le domaine de la clientèle privée, notamment en droit des successions, droit de la famille et protection des adultes. Ce rôle requiert d’excellentes connaissances techniques, de la rigueur et de la motivation. Il vous demandera de pouvoir travailler aussi bien de façon autonome qu’en équipe. Le positionnement de l’Etude sur le marché suisse et international – avec des bureaux à Genève, Zurich et Londres – requiert par ailleurs un goût pour les environnements de travail cosmopolites.

Qui sommes-nous ?

La prévention et la résolution des litiges est au cœur de l’activité de notre Etude. Notre équipe de clientèle privée est reconnue au niveau international et jouit d’une solide expertise dans tous types de litiges comportant des enjeux importants, généralement à composante internationale. Nous représentons notamment de nombreuses personnalités et/ou familles fortunées et les conseillons pour relever les défis auxquels ils font face. Les problématiques sont aussi variées que les clients qui nous consultent, et comprennent non seulement des contentieux frontaux mais également de l’accompagnement transactionnel. Elles recouvrent des questions successorales ou familiales, quasi systématiquement dans un contexte international, le traitement de trusts et leur imbrication dans le système juridique suisse, l’accompagnement dans de litiges ou de transactions intervenant dans le marché de l’art et des entreprises familiales, la résolution de différends de nature commerciale mais à forte composante personnelle – avec en filigrane la transition générationnelle ayant cours actuellement. 

Nous recherchons un·e candidat·e au bénéfice des qualités suivantes :
  • Formation juridique en droit suisse et brevet d’avocat suisse requis ;
  • Deux ans d’expérience post-brevet dans le domaine de la clientèle privée (droit des successions, droit de l’art, protection de l’adulte, droit de la famille) ;
  • Excellentes références académiques (diplômes en droit suisse) ; priorité aux personnes titulaires d’un doctorat, d’une spécialisation post-universitaire ou aux auteurs ou autrices de publications concernant la clientèle privée ;
  • Langue maternelle française et excellente maîtrise de l’anglais ; bonne connaissance de l’allemand ; connaissance d’autres langues appréciée ;
  • Méthodologie de travail structurée et précise ;
  • Compétences exemplaires en recherche, analyse et rédaction ;
  • Très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, capacités de communication et de coordination.

We are seeking a Compliance and Investigations Practitioner to join our fast growing and leading Compliance and Risk Advisory team. This is a permanent (CDI) position based in our Geneva office.

Your Responsibilities:

Operating within the firm’s Litigation Practice Group you will be a member of the Compliance and Risk Advisory team, with the following focus areas:
  • Compliance and Risk Advisory: advising companies, financial institutions and international organisations on the design, implementation and enhancement of compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • AML/ Financial Crime Compliance: supporting AML/CFT mandates, including compliance risk assessments, controls testing, transaction reviews, remediation projects and responses to regulatory scrutiny.
  • Sanctions Compliance: advising on Swiss, EU and international sanctions regimes, including compliance assessments, internal reviews and ongoing advisory support.
  • Market Conduct and Integrity: advising on compliance issues relating to market abuse, insider trading controls, conflicts of interest and related governance frameworks.
  • Compliance Documentation: drafting and reviewing compliance policies, procedures, codes of conduct and risk documentation in line with regulatory requirements and international best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Lawyer or legally trained person with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within a bank, law firm, or regulated financial institution.
  • Strong track record in AML, onboarding/KYC, and transaction monitoring.
  • Experience with insider trading, market manipulation, and sanctions.
  • Solid understanding of FINSA/LSFin, suitability & appropriateness requirements.
  • Excellent drafting skills in French and English; good German skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to produce precise, structured written compliance documents and reports in both languages.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A good team player who is able to handle complex, high pressure, cases where precision and expert knowledge and experience are critical.
