Courtney Furner

Courtney specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration, with a focus on complex disputes involving infrastructure projects. She has acted as counsel in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, Swiss, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and CIETAC Arbitration Rules. She has also sat as tribunal secretary and arbitrator.
