Marc specialises in international arbitration and has acted as counsel and arbitrator in many international proceedings. His experience covers both ad hoc arbitration (including UNCITRAL) and proceedings under institutional rules (ICSID, ICC, Swiss Rules, HKIAC, SIAC, FAI, SCC, IATA), governed by the substantive and/or procedural laws of Switzerland, England and over a dozen other jurisdictions, as well as international law.

Ranked in all the leading legal directories, Marc has extensive experience in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes across several industries and sectors, especially energy and mining. He also represents parties before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in proceedings for the setting aside of arbitral awards. 

With a PhD in economics, Marc is particularly effective and sought after by clients for quantum issues.
