Founding partner Pierre Lalive was a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), a tradition kept alive by our team, which includes a council member of the Swiss Sports Tribunal Foundation established by Swiss Olympic, a member of the disciplinary board of the Gymnastics Ethics Foundation (GEF), and earlier member of the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG).

- Sport disputes: we act in disciplinary proceedings, breaches of statutes, transfer-related matters, sponsorship disputes, match-fixing, doping, third party ownership, financial fair-play and competition admission.
- Governance, regulatory and investigations: we help governing bodies, clubs and leagues interpret and draft internal rules and regulations to meet international governance and compliance requirements. We also conduct investigations on sports integrity.
