Georges P. Racine and Robert Pietrowski joined the firm

Georges Racine is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Quebec Bar. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and international business law (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, privatizations, public-private partnerships (PPP), licensing and concessions, international trade regulation and legislative, regulatory and institutional reforms). He has been involved in international projects and transactions in over 25 countries worlwide, including in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

Bob Pietrowski is a US Attorney who specialised in public international law and international commercial arbitration, in particular in the energy sector (oil and gas; water). Bob Pietrowski has been a practising attorney for more than third years and has extensive experience as counsel and arbitrator in international proceedings before the International Court of Justice and ad hoc international tribunals as well as under the Arbitration Rules of ICSID, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, UNICTRAL and a variety of arbitral institutions. He regularly acts as counsel to governments and international petroleum companies, including in the drafting and implementation of international agreements.
