Jaime practices exclusively in international commercial arbitration and international investment arbitration with a particular focus on Latin America and Spain.
He has acted in a large number of international arbitrations primarily in the energy, mining, telecommunications and construction sectors, and in infrastructure project related disputes. He has experience with all the main international arbitration rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA and CIAC, and a wide range of applicable laws (common law and civil law). He also serves as arbitrator.
