Riccardo Loschi

Riccardo’s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration and arbitration-related court proceedings. He represents clients in complex, high-value disputes involving foreign investments, M&A transactions, environmental and administrative permits, and national security issues in various sectors, including the energy, space, construction, and financial sectors.

He has experience in arbitrations brought under the UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA, CAM and Swiss Arbitration Rules and governed by both civil and common law.

A member of the Organizing Committee of the Space Arbitration Association, Riccardo regularly speaks at international conferences and publishes about space law and arbitration.

Riccardo is the former managing editor (2020 – 2022) of Columbia FDI Perspectives, a foreign investment policy-oriented series published by Columbia University.
