Teresa Giovannini appointed member of Advisory Board of the newly created Chinese European Arbitration Centre (CEAC)

Teresa Giovannini was appointed as member of the Advisory Board of the Chinese European Arbitration Centre (CEAC) inaugurated in Hamburg on 18 September 2008. The CEAC provides services for China related disputes globally. It has been promoted by more than 80 law firms and lawyers from nineteen countries, as well as 470 professionals from 47 countries. The CEAC Arbitration Rules integrate the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and the UNIDROIT Principles as an optional choice of neutral law.
