Teresa Giovannini appointed to the New York International Arbitration Centre (NYIAC) global advisory board

LALIVE dispute resolution partner Teresa Giovannini has been appointed to the global advisory board of the newly created New York International Arbitration Centre (NYIAC). This board, which comprises 23 members chosen from a number of jurisdictions worldwide, includes arbitrators, academics and institutional representatives. Its role will be to advise NYIAC’s leaders on global trends in international arbitration and the ways in which NYIAC can best serve the global arbitration community.

Teresa Giovannini’s involvement with the NYIAC is consistent with her continued engagement in leading international arbitration associations, committees and working groups.

Teresa Giovannini has also recently been shortlisted by GAR (Global Arbitration Review), following a peer review, among the Best Prepared/Most Responsive Arbitrators for the GAR Awards 2014.
